Shanna is the owner of New Phases Cosmetics and has been in the permanent cosmetic industry since 2018. She is a 13x certified artist and beauty professional. She has a passion for making women feel confident and beautiful and helping women succeed in the permanent makeup industry! Outside of the studio she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 dogs, boating, camping, and binge-watching Netflix whenever she isn't trying to learn the next new thing.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
At New Phases, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
In addition, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
